Clover Aviation Capital Appoints Luke Liberda as Head of Legal
Clover Aviation Capital is delighted to announce that with effect from 1 Jan 2025, Luke Liberda has been appointed as our Head of Legal, succeeding Harvey Lau, who has retired from his role as General Counsel and Head of Legal.
Luke is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of legal experience, notably in the management of a wide range of aviation transactions, including sale and leaseback, placement, trading, restructuring, financing, and JOL/JOLCO structures. His proven track record of success in the aviation sector makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team.
We are confident that his extensive knowledge and leadership will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.
