    Duties and responsibilities
      • Execute daily settlements for all treasury transactions initiated by the Financing Department, including bank payments, foreign exchange transactions, 
        intercompany drawdowns, funds transfers, and FX exchanges.

      • Process settlement payments and receipts while ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.

      • Actively manage bank accounts, open bank account, optimize account structures and oversee eBanking user access and token management.

      • Assist in preparing treasury reports, and risk management reports, and manage cashflow for supervisor review.

      • Implement treasury initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, such as cost reduction initiatives or optimizing cash flow management.

      • Manage intercompany loans, including drawdowns, extensions, and amendments.

      • Monitor the trends in SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) and exchange rates to inform financial decision-making.

      • Handle other ad hoc projects required by the Company. 

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or higher.

      • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or a similar role.

      • Experience in handling payments and fund transfers is a plus.

      • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling considered advantageous.

      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

      • Demonstrated patience and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all payment-related tasks.

    Duties and responsibilities

      1. Compensations and benefits

      • Communicate effectively with external vendors and Head Quarter HR (“HQHR”) to ensure accurate and timely payroll and social insurance processing;

      • Address employees’ inquiries and needs regarding benefits, social insurance and payroll-related matters; and

      • Assist Line Manager in implementing benefit plans and proposing more effective strategies to HQHR.


      2. Attendance and Leave Management 

      • Ensure seamless staff attendance operation, including monitoring over-time records of all Japan offices to identify, propose remedial measure and address any abnormalities promptly;

      • Support Line Manager in staying current with legal updates and enforcing time and attendance protocols in alignment with regulatory standards; and

      • Manage all aspects of employee leave, from leave administration to integration with other HR functions.


      3. Recruitment and Employee Life-cycle Support

      • Support Line Manager with recruitment-related tasks such as creating job descriptions, candidate screening, job postings, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate
        databases and registrations;

      • Responsible for the employee life-cycle operation covering employee on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, position changes, HR data analysis and off-boarding; and

      • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and consistent employee records in HRMS and handle end-to-end local administration operations in compliance with local Labour law.


      4. Others

      • Stay updated on any local legislative changes and support in establishing, updating and implement HR policies, Rules of Employment as well as strategies; 

      • Any other ad hoc as instructed by Line Manager when needed.


    Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred 

      • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits processing and labor management preferred

      • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

      • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

      • Fluency in Japanese and Business level of English required. (TOEIC score 800)

      • Experience in working at foreign company will be an advantage

      • Advanced skill of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and other HR softwares

      • Conduct regular reporting and communication with Japanese investors per net assets valuations (NAVs) of the investment on Nini Kumiai structure

      • Manage the daily operations of Nini Kumiai and SPVs used in the Nini Kumiai structure, including but not limited to cash and account management and cash remittances

      • Liaise with company secretary to conduct establishment, maintenance and liquidation of Japan SPVs

      • Assist the team to deal with accounting and audit issues in Japan platform and SPVs

      • Other extra duties as required by line manager and senior management

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree and above

      • Experience of working or/and studying abroad will be an advantage

      • Experience in accounting for more than 5 years is essential, plus relevant experience of dealing with fund accounting of Nini-Kumiai structure is recommended 

      • Accounting related license will be an advantage

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Ensuring the integrity of of lease and aircraft data, including, lease technical conditions, and technical specifications, utilisation, in the Company’s Asset Management System;

      • Maintenance reserve claim processing as per lease agreements and calculation of lessor contributions;

      • Technical management of the delivery, redelivery and transitioning of aircraft;

      • Attendance and oversight and of aircraft undergoing major maintenance events and storage;

      • Performance of annual and pre-purchase inspections of aircraft, and management of external consultants as required;

      • Review of letter of intent and lease documentation from a technical perspective;

      • Provision of support to other departments in respect of technical and maintenance-related queries;

      • Review of configuration specifications and provision of cost estimates for new aircraft deliveries, redeliveries and transitions;

      • Manage aircraft from a technical perspective throughout their lifecycle;

      • Updating aircraft usage, maintenance and configuration information and producing reports on a scheduled and as-required basis for internal and external clients;

      • Developing and maintaining the Company’s maintenance and modification cost databases, and other information databases as required;

      • Monitoring aircraft incidents and accidents, and reporting on significant events and developments affecting airworthiness and operation of aircraft, and their implication for the Company’s business;

      • Maintain strong relationships with the OEM’s and MRO’s to ensure the business is kept abreast of developments within the industry.

    Qualifications
      • To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified or have relevant aviation experience;

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing, Airline, MRO or related consultancy company;

      • Detailed knowledge of the Boeing and Airbus Products both narrow- and wide-body;

      • In depth knowledge of the CFM and IAE engine types would be an advantage;

      • Project management experience is required;

      • Experience with Technical Management Systems for inputting and managing aircraft records;

      • Self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently and a can-do attitude;

      • Good communications skills and the ability to produce technical reports to a high standard;

      • Collaborative approach to teamwork that supports the company culture;

      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, ensuring a robust network to source favorable financing terms.

      • Negotiate with financiers over the commercial terms of financing and conduct financial analysis to


      • test the feasibility of loan covenants (e.g. DSCR, lessee concentration limits, country concentration limits) in terms of current business condition.


      Loan Analysis and Evaluation

      • Support the loan administration and compliance of financing obligations covering LTV and DSCR reporting, compliance certificate,

      • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the feasibility and risks associated with different financing options..

    Qualifications
