Clover Aviation Capital today announced the appointment of Jason Bo Yao as Independent Non-executive Director to its board of directors, with immediate effective. Jason will serve a one-year term. 

Jason has extensive experience in the financial industry, having previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd., which is one of the three largest integrated financial groups in China. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the company's business strategy, managing financial risks, and driving operational efficiency across its diverse business units.
